Return Policy

 

  • Returns will be accepted on apparel and damaged candles. There are no returns on other items.
  • There are no returns of Clearance Items, Last Chance Items, Final Sale Items, or other items so indicated.
  • Non-sale clothing may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with tags attached, packaging, and receipt.
  • Should an item be returned outside of the 30 day window, no refund or exchange will be processed. Should Qignition be requested to resend the product, shipping charges will apply. 
  • Clothing items cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been worn or washed.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Returns can take up to one week to process.
  • Exchanges can take up to three weeks to process.
  • Complete the return slip stating the reason for your return with the apparel.
