Ordering and Shipping Policy
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel or hold any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, inaccuracies or errors in identifying your record, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting or releasing any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled, held, or if additional information is required to accept your order via email.
Qignition strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Qignition cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Qignition shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, Qignition may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you
of such cancellation via email.
From time to time we will offer discounts to be used on one or more items per order. These discounts are only valid ONLINE. We will allow one discount per order. There can only be one promotion discount used per transaction. If more than one discount is presented, we reserve the right to decide which discount we will honor.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
SHIPPING, HANDLING AND FREIGHT POLICY
Qignition’s shipping policy within North America Items: DVDs, CDs, manuals, clothing, and accessories are shipped in envelopes/boxes and should arrive in approximately 3-5 days within the Continental US when shipped via the Standard Shipping Option. Customers also have the (2) day or next day shipping option. If such option is chosen, customer will incur additional shipping and handling fees.
Orders received before 12PM EST will be shipped on the following business day. Orders placed after 12 PM EST, or on holidays or weekends, will be shipped within the next 2 business days
LOCAL TAXES, CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Your Qignition clothing order may incur tax/customs charges that we have no control over. Residents from the state of Florida will incur Florida sales tax. Outside of North America, you may be subject to import duties and taxes levied when a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are your responsibility; Qignition has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from qignition.com, you are considered the importer, and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of your order’s contents by product type.
QUANTITY LIMITS & DEALER SALES
Qignition reserves the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same Qignition account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer e-mail provided, should such limits be applied. Qignition also reserves the right to prohibit sales to dealers.
