Minimize and protect yourself from disturbing noises, for example; select information that adds to your self-care; choose to listen to sounds that make you feel good. Do your everyday choices nourish or deplete you? What TV shows do you select? What news or emails do you ingest as you start your morning? Do the conversations you engage in fill or empty your mind? Do you turn on music that assaults or uplifts?
