Combine Challenge and Enjoyment

I love exercise, movement and a good challenge, yet had difficulty finding all those components in one fitness format. QiFORZE appeared and simply pulled me in. It has the strength of a good workout, the rhythm of a fun movement class, and the challenge of climbing a mountain! I’m able to bring these components to my students, and have them challenge their bodies in an nontraditional, yet fun way. The format makes it easy to motivate them to the next level. They realize they are stronger than they think, and suddenly strength training becomes more enjoyable. I leave my classes feeling satisfied, knowing I’ve accomplished my goal to have my participants feeling successful, energized, empowered, and motivated to take on their day. When a stranger at the grocery store asks me if I’ve just worked out because I’ve got “that glow” about me, then I know I’m doing something right -- and I’m providing something right for my students!

The QiFORZE program is like going on a thrill ride.

It begins the moment you walk in the door and hear the heart-pumping, original music. You can literally feel the Qi in the room build as the tracks continue and you move to the music in unconventional ways to challenge your body to new levels. The music grabs the inside of your soul, wakes it up, turns it on, and feeds it to stay energized. Before you know it, you are performing with an explosion of force that has been untapped. To finish, the transitional song captures the thrill of the ride and allows you to breathe it in, store the Qi energy in your soul, like a deposit in the bank, where you can withdraw the reserve throughout the day. Can you tell I am excited by the program?!

Be Functionally Fit

I tell my students that part of maintaining a healthy, happy body and mind is being functionally fit. Each day we open doors, lift groceries, push strollers, balance, and walk over uneven terrain. Our bodies naturally move in 3-dimensional planes, and we should take advantage of programs that train and strengthen our whole bodies with multi-planar moves as they relate to real life. “It’s a challenge,” says Jill, a mom of four, “but it’s manageable. I was intimidated at first, but I come back weekly and already feel how my body is transforming into its optimal condition.” Seventy-six year-old Bobbi modifies where needed but comes back every week. “QiForze is so important for my body. I can maintain functional health and reduce the risk of unnecessary injuries that can occur to a woman my age, you know.” Jens, training for a marathon, realized, “Wow, doing QiFORZE was an eye opener for my body. It revealed the weak spots, but the beauty of it is that by doing the workout I can bring those weak areas up to par and then my whole body will continue to thrive. QiFORZE is like running. The distances stay the same, but I constantly challenge myself to become stronger, and the instructor pushes me the extra mile.”
