Course-Refund-Policy

Should you not be able to attend the Foundation Course for which you are registered, Qignition has the following Cancellation and Refund Policy.

• 100% refund if you cancel prior to 14 days before the Foundation Course date
• 50% refund should you cancel within 14 days prior to the Foundation Course date
• No refund if notice is given on the Foundation Course date or after the scheduled Foundation Course date.

Notification of the Cancellation should be directed to Qignition via the Support Desk.

Refunds with be processed within 5 working days of cancellation.
